WALI M

Hailing out of the 408 in San Jose, Wali M has made his mark on the streets of the bay area rap scene. Currently under JT Tha Bigga Figgas Get Low Records, Wali M has surpassed the regular rapper in the game. During his exclusive interivew with wwsmag.com, Wali tells us about the streets and how the game is supposed to be played.

"Never stop hustlin" said Wali, because if you can't hustle then you can't eat. Simple as that. And it is true. Without game or street sales, there is no street moeny. If there are no sales, there is no money. Wali hooked up with JT years earlier when the opportunity was found. JT was investing moeny back into the game and Wali thought he might be able to get a piece of the action. And believe me, he did.

The name Wali is getting bigger and better. What started out as One Track Minded Records with Bay Area Game which Wali had put together and held the name on the streets himself, is now Thug World Records, which is Wali's current record label. The new mix CD he has put together called "Turf Grinders" with JT Tha Bigga Figga is astonishing. It features some of the biggest names in the Bay and also some of the biggest names in the rap industry such as Juvenile, Lil Wayne and many others.

Turf Grinders is in stores now and can be bought online at cdbaby.com. "Never stop till the casket drop!" - Wali M
